The 37th Annual Congress of the European Association of Nuclear Medicine, hosted by the European Association of Nuclear Medicine, took place in Hamburg, Germany, from October 19 to 23, 2024. Led by CEO Ma Ruili, team from Sichuan Longevous Beamtech Co.,Ltd attended the congress, where a “Made in China” medical cyclotron made its debut in Europe, attracting widespread attention.
The European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) Congress is one of the premier global conferences in nuclear medicine, alongside the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI) in the United States and the Asia-Oceania Federation of Nuclear Medicine and Biology (AOFNMB) Conference. This year, there were 173 sessions featuring 1,924 speakers from around the world, presenting the latest research advancements in nuclear medicine and exploring the integration of nuclear medicine diagnostics with artificial intelligence, offering scientific foundations and policy recommendations for public health.
During the congress, LBT showcased three models of medical cyclotrons with varying energy levels, addressing diverse needs for routine clinical diagnostics and innovative tracer development.
